Do you offer a free consultation?
No. All consultations are paid in advance. The first consultation is ₹540 for individuals and ₹5,040 for companies and organisations.
How do I book an appointment?
Open Book a consultation, choose individual or corporate, pay by UPI QR to shoebhakim-1@oksbi, then submit the form with your details and the UPI transaction ID. Appointments are given no earlier than 7 days after booking, and only after the fee payment is verified.
What are the consultation hours?
Consultations any day, 2–5 PM IST, by appointment only. Night emergencies (10 PM to 6 AM) are handled separately on an emergency retainer.
What counts as a night emergency?
An arrest or detention, police custody, an NDPS raid, a drink-driving arrest, a serious cyber-crime matter, a CBI/EOW search and seizure, or an urgent police or regulatory notice served late at night.
Why is the ₹25,040 night retainer paid in advance?
A night call-out involves travel, waiting at police stations and several hours of work. Paying in advance lets us commit to attend. The retainer is non-refundable, covers dispatch and the first two hours, and is adjusted against the final fee.
When do I get the emergency number?
Immediately after you pay the retainer and submit the emergency form, the emergency line is shown on screen.
Which areas do you cover?
Mumbai, Thane and the rest of Maharashtra, and Goa. Consultations can be in person or by phone/video.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Details you submit are used only to schedule and conduct your consultation, as set out in the privacy policy. A lawyer–client relationship begins only once the engagement is confirmed.
Which UPI ID should I pay?
Only shoebhakim-1@oksbi. We never ask you to pay any other UPI ID.
