What we collect

When you book a consultation or a night emergency retainer, we collect your name, address or location, email, mobile number, your description of the matter, what you want from us, the consultation type and your UPI transaction reference.

Why we use it

• To verify your payment and schedule your appointment;
• to contact you about your matter;
• to check for conflicts of interest and keep records required for legal practice.

Who sees it

Your details are sent to the Vakilverse office and to the assistant who schedules appointments. We do not sell or share your information for marketing. Payments are processed by your UPI app and bank; we do not see or store card or bank credentials.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for your matter and for professional record-keeping, and then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected].
